Zakat Ul Fitr Collection by ICP - Year 2021

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

The ICP administration would like to info you that the masjid is able to collect your Zakatul fitr to be distributed to needy Muslim families in our community.

The Prophet (saw) instructed a sa’ which is equivalent to approximately $10 to be given on behalf of each member of your household regardless of gender or age. Please remember that Zakatul fitr must be paid before the Eid salah starts.

Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar said that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered the people to pay Zakat al Fitr before going to the Eid prayer. (Hadith, Bukhari)

In order to make sure the Zakat is distributed on time we are asking that you make payments as soon as possible.
